GRAPHICS

I chose to re-brand this musical because it is an underappreciated story of learning that popularity is not what makes you happy. Also the branding appeared to be more like a children’s sitcom than an internal character struggle. I designed the poster with the 13 on a silhouette to best represent the story. The silhouette shows how Evan feels about moving to a new town after his parents’ recent divorce; like a rarely noticed shadow that unwillingly follows. The 13 is strategically placed to show how his birthday is plaguing his mind becoming the only importance in his life. This was a fun project to make; I hope you like it.
